Emma opened Barnetts on April Fools' Day, 1999. Her daughter George later joined her behind the chair, and Nicki has been part of the team for 18 years. We're known for being patient and welcoming with children — including those with additional needs (SEND) — and for a friendly atmosphere that keeps families coming back.
